After graduating the University of North Carolina at Wilmington's, Cameron School of Business in 2002 he entered a very competitive mortgage industry. Armed with a B.S. in Finance and a strong desire to succeed, he quickly rose to the top of his firm at 1st Priority Mortgage Corp. He then expanded into the transaction side of real estate and became a licensed broker in 2004 with Cape Fear | Sotheby's International Realty. There he took his finely tuned skills of analyzing personal and business financial statements to determine proper debt service solutions, along with adequate loan to value ratios and applied those skills to helping clients better evaluate there real estate decisions. In 2004 he launched the company Cumulus Financial Group, LLC which specializes in real estate finance and investment. CFG works hand in hand with clients who wish to invest in both commercial and residential real estate while requiring a single firm to handle there entire real estate needs with integrity and respect while maintaining a confidential environment. He is the owner of CFG which is a rapidly growing firm in the areas of Wilmington and Charlotte, NC.
